Yeah I already went through this. My codes are invalid.....My order went through, i entered the digital rights code. mog station is telling me it is invalid. If there's a solution for that please point me in the right direction.
My credit card says it's "pending" but I was able to play for the past few days no problem so I know it went through, I know that can't be the problem, and for some reason I can't contact customer support

Go to store.na.square-enix.com/orders
and find your order. (the order number will be in the email they sent you).
The email doesn't contain the serial code for the game. You need to go to the order page and get it there.
Once you enter it you will be able to play.

My problem is that EVERY code on this order page is invalid.
I went through Game Stop and I'm assuming have to wait 6 more days till I get my games....wth? Anyone get any fixes for that? SE isn't replying to my email and I cant find a phone number.
I had this exact problem when I woke up this morning. I checked my JUNK mail in my e-mail & found a new code that worked for me.
Finally got through to support, the Code was "compromised" ?? Anyway got a new code, good to go ty all for any and all help Good Luck to everyone else!
THANK YOU! I was dreading waiting in queue for chat support. It would have helped to tell me why my account was inactive. Instead it just booted me from the game and told me I had to register the proper platform.
