Can Dragoon be made up of a 50Lancer/30Archer

Idk I don't like the feel of puglis and I plan on leveling archer soo that would be a better choice from me I've read it on a few pages through my time browsing Google.

+ Which is seen as the best for Dragoon: Lancer (Lv. 30), Marauder, Archer, or Pugilist ?

The guide you linked seems to be out of date, since Bard is actually Arc+Pug and not CNJ anymore. As far as I know, each job have access to only 3 classes, it's 2 classes and a third, for Bard it's arc+pgl+lnc.
Dragoon would be LNC+MRD, with PGL being the third.

You only need marauder lv 26 for Mercy Stroke, but pugilist lv 42 for mantra. You don't have to level pgl to 42 but it will probably be expected of you to have it when you are doing end game content, and after 2.1 comes out, people probably gonna frown upon you if you don't have the least you are "supposed" to have.

to unlock Dragoon you require level 30 lancer, and lvl 15 marauder. Dragoon can only use abilities from lancer(they are the same class basically), but also choose from abilities from Marauder, and Pugilist, none others.

E.G when you are lancer, you have access to all DOW/DOM class skills that can be used across classes, but when you specialize into a job, you may only use the skills related to that job, aka marauder and pugilist.

To unlock the JOB you need Lancer lv 30 and Marauder lv 15. But since every Job has access to 3 classes, people gonna expect you to have all 3 leveled to the point of having every cross class skills your job can use.
