Having trouble with my accounts

So, I preordered the game and have been playing since the night it came out. I played just last night for 7 hours. I go to log in this morning and it tells me my account is inactive. I boot up the game and it first comes up with "Welcome to final fantasy! the following steps are required to begin playing FINAL FANTASY 14".
Please follow the onscreen instructions to complete the required actions".
Set up a SE account. Link your Sony Entertainment Network Account. Confirm Purchase Info
So i click Next and log into my SE account, and it says "No valid service account is available to play FINAL FANTASY 14"
In order to play Final Fantasy 14, you must register a product code"

Please restart the client for FINAL FANTASY 14.

But my account shows that i registered my game and that my characters are there are the SE sites and account management. Again, I was just playing last night on Phoenix. I don't understand and SE is really hard to get in contact with through phone! Please help.

I'm in the same boat, everyone is talking about a 12 digit code,i don't one

There's a 12 digit code on the back of the instruction manual but there's no place for me to input it anywhere

I have the code as well but i have no idea where i'm suppose to input it... It would be helpful is someone could shed some light here as i'm having the same issue as well.
