You should update it with some form of this as well. I think it's important that people know that SE has stopped selling digital versions of the game and bank accounts may now show that the charges for the game purchase are no longer pending but have been removed. At this current time, Square Enix has put a temporarily lock on any purchase of FFXIV both digital/physical and PC/PS3. It is very awkward to have them request a return back on their product - they should have just disabled the product code registration page temporarily (along with a notification). It would be beneficial towards us consumers as we won't have to wait for an e-mail or a physical copy to arrive.
My recommendation is to call them up regarding the situation, ask for the best solution to get you into the game ASAP, and ask them about the status of the order that has been cancelled (if you have no transaction number whatsoever, then resort to my 2nd option getting into the game ASAP).
They must honor the physical copy purchases (especially those Physical Collectors Edition - they're very rare to find!), or all hell will break loose.
