So i got my Game through Green Man Gaming but i dont have the Email anymore with the activation code.. how do i get it back cause im getting that problem everyone else is with having to re register
For Gamestop people: I got mine from the Gamestop App! Just click the product code button.
For those who bought a copy AT a GameStop store but have been playing online through the downloaded version with your early start code, you will need to go back to GameStop and pick up your box copy.
At this current time, Square Enix has put a temporarily lock on any purchase of FFXIV both digital/physical and PC/PS3. It is very awkward to have them request a return back on their product - they should have just disabled the product code registration page temporarily (along with a notification). It would be beneficial towards us consumers as we won't have to wait for an e-mail or a physical copy to arrive.Wow, just checked my bank acct, the past couple days the charge was pending, but now it's gone, not in pending, not in completed. What do I do now, I have no idea if they sent me a physical copy back on the 24th, or should I just try to pick up a copy somewhere in a game store.
My recommendation is to call them up regarding the situation, ask for the best solution to get you into the game ASAP, and ask them about the status of the order that has been cancelled (if you have no transaction number whatsoever, then resort to my 2nd option getting into the game ASAP).
They must honor the physical copy purchases (especially those Physical Collectors Edition - they're very rare to find!), or all hell will break loose.

You should update it with some form of this as well. I think it's important that people know that SE has stopped selling digital versions of the game and bank accounts may now show that the charges for the game purchase are no longer pending but have been removed. At this current time, Square Enix has put a temporarily lock on any purchase of FFXIV both digital/physical and PC/PS3. this thread sure did help. today i received the message to enter a code. i checked my spam folder and there it was a new code to enter....stupid SE!
I would contact GMG stating you don't have the email anymore (check trash/spam/etc) and see if you can get the email again. You should have your preorder/prepurchase order ID in your "Games" section on your account.

I had received said email on the 27th. However, the Digital Rights code, when entered in the launcher, does not work-- it's invalid. Has anyone else had this issue, or resolved it?
I have done everything according to what this thread has stated, and am at a loss. The game was purchased through SE and is a digital download.
