edit that to the top of the thread someoneIf you ordered from Amazon you will NOT get an email from square with code. If you log into Amazon and go into "Your Account > Your Games and Software Library" It will show a listing of all of the games have ordered and any keys associated with those games. You might have to click on a little yellow button that says display key. I can't remember what it exactly said but it was hidden under that button when I logged in for the first time. The code that you find on there is the one you need to register. If you didn't order from Amazon but still bought a digital copy then the code might be on the website of the retailer you did purchase it from. I hope that helps!
You should check your credit card history to determine whether if the payment has been captured first. If not, then chances are that your pre-order did not process successfully. Given the fact that every pre-order processed would receive an immediate confirmation (e.g Paypal sending you a confirmation, or Digital River e-mailing you).I never got an email, checked my spam, junk, inbox. No emails since the 24th which was when I ordered, and I can see the pre-reg code in an email. Just no confirmation, ect. Never even sent me an order confirmation email, and going to the 'find my order' page also fails as it cannot find the order.
PS3 digital download, btw.
Given this information, would it then be okay to purchase another copy of the game if no amount was charged? You should check your credit card history to determine whether if the payment has been captured first. I would just go out and buy a physical copy to keep this bullshit from happening anymore. I knew if I would have waited things would have gone better but jesus, is it such a bad thing to want to play the game so damn bad lmao.
Finally got this solved but it took ages.
For PS3 Users, especially Early Access, basically everyone was given a code. It WASN'T transferred into the main game, it was just an Early code for those couple of days, for the main game, you will have a hard copy/digital download and a 12 digit registration code in the box itself. It will also potentially be in the mail (possibly trash so check).
- Once you have the code, go to PSN on your desktop and login.
- You can redeem the code as a promotional 12 digit code on the site.
- Once redeemed on the website this will ALSO mean it works on mogstation so now it is an official game.
- Go onto the PS3 and load up the game and go through the current screens where it asks for Square Enix account. You will have registered the game through PSN onto the Mogstation at this point. Check to see it states this. It should state that you have Final fantasy Reborn "Provisional", and for BETA/Early Access users might have Final Fantasy Reborn "BETA Provisional" as well.
- It will then take you through a series of screens to confirm a "provisional" purchase of the game. Basically accept all, but don't create another account it's not needed. Once you have accepted all, it will ask you to download the client.
Extras:
- IF you recieve the error message 11070, it IS a cookie issue. To solve this, Go to Playstation 3 browser on the network tab on the start screen, and open up a page. Press Triangle, then Tools. Turn Cookies OFF, then ON. I think essentially this glitch is that even though you may have Cookies ON, the game isn't recognizing this, so you will need to turn it off then on to address this.
- Potentially delete the game first then reinstall, for a clean state. Those with a hard copy might want to install from that first.
This won't work for all, but I think it will certainly help a few and clear some things up.
Hope this helps!!!

ADD THIS TO THE OP PLEASE AS WELL
AND SOMEONE GET THIS THREAD STICKIED
This has happened to me too. Anyone know what's up?The other problem users are having, which I am having as well, is the fact that it seems as though the game was never even put on our order history. Thus this prevents us from even getting a new god damn code in the first place to put in. Really its too bad because I was enjoying this game more than any other mmo I had previously tried to get into.
Wow, just checked my bank acct, the past couple days the charge was pending, but now it's gone, not in pending, not in completed. What do I do now, I have no idea if they sent me a physical copy back on the 24th, or should I just try to pick up a copy somewhere in a game store. You should check your credit card history to determine whether if the payment has been captured first. Again OP, you need to add this info to the top of this thread as well. Square canceled the orders some people had of the game, aka they stopped selling copies temporarily of the digital version until this whole server limit login mess has been totally resolved.Wow, just checked my bank acct, the past couple days the charge was pending, but now it's gone, not in pending, not in completed. I never received an email from Digital River in my spam folder or my inbox.
I checked my credit card statements from when I pre-ordered the Digital Collector's Edition from the Square Enix pre-launch pre-order site about two months ago or so. There have been no charges from SE on the card as far as records go, so I can only assume that they have yet to charge my account for my pre-order. Has anyone else found this?
So my theory is that once they charge me, they will send my Digital Collector's Edition key... Though who knows when they will get around to it, I submitted two in-game help tickets in the span of a week, and four days have passed since with no reply.
