I would just go out and buy a physical copy to keep this bullshit from happening anymore. I knew if I would have waited things would have gone better but jesus, is it such a bad thing to want to play the game so damn bad lmao.
Wow, just checked my bank acct, the past couple days the charge was pending, but now it's gone, not in pending, not in completed. What do I do now, I have no idea if they sent me a physical copy back on the 24th, or should I just try to pick up a copy somewhere in a game store. You should check your credit card history to determine whether if the payment has been captured first. If not, then chances are that your pre-order did not process successfully. Given the fact that every pre-order processed would receive an immediate confirmation (e.g Paypal sending you a confirmation, or Digital River e-mailing you).
Again OP, you need to add this info to the top of this thread as well. Square canceled the orders some people had of the game, aka they stopped selling copies temporarily of the digital version until this whole server limit login mess has been totally resolved.Wow, just checked my bank acct, the past couple days the charge was pending, but now it's gone, not in pending, not in completed. At this current time, Square Enix has put a temporarily lock on any purchase of FFXIV both digital/physical and PC/PS3. It is very awkward to have them request a return back on their product - they should have just disabled the product code registration page temporarily (along with a notification). It would be beneficial towards us consumers as we won't have to wait for an e-mail or a physical copy to arrive.Wow, just checked my bank acct, the past couple days the charge was pending, but now it's gone, not in pending, not in completed. My recommendation is to call them up regarding the situation, ask for the best solution to get you into the game ASAP, and ask them about the status of the order that has been cancelled (if you have no transaction number whatsoever, then resort to my 2nd option getting into the game ASAP).
They must honor the physical copy purchases (especially those Physical Collectors Edition - they're very rare to find!), or all hell will break loose.

You should update it with some form of this as well. I think it's important that people know that SE has stopped selling digital versions of the game and bank accounts may now show that the charges for the game purchase are no longer pending but have been removed. At this current time, Square Enix has put a temporarily lock on any purchase of FFXIV both digital/physical and PC/PS3. I got my digital download from greenmangaming so not sure if their going to send me that email.
Lucky, I've received nothing but grief and sorrow from their support. I'm so mad and feel like such an idiot for all the time I'm spending trying to reach them just so I can play.
The other problem users are having, which I am having as well, is the fact that it seems as though the game was never even put on our order history. Thus this prevents us from even getting a new god damn code in the first place to put in. Really its too bad because I was enjoying this game more than any other mmo I had previously tried to get into.
This has happened to me too. Anyone know what's up?The other problem users are having, which I am having as well, is the fact that it seems as though the game was never even put on our order history. After I finish some errands I will go looking around the forums on where to find codes for versions other than the PC Digital Download and try to compile them into the main post.
