Make sure the charge is still on your BA. SE canceled a ton of orders because the server issues made the game not fit for players I guess.this is the one i pre-ordered. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...?ie=UTF8&psc=1
What Mellotronic said here, if you want I can provide some screenshots on how to get to this section? Also was your a pre-ordered copy as you should have received the CE version the day of release if not the day before, this is an Amazon guarantee!
that doesnt help me at all lol, but no not the same problem. Everything was charged and order is processedYou probably have the same problem as me. I pre-ordered it from amazon, everything was fine.
Then when I went to find the e-mail with my code I realized they never charged my CC. I clicked the order number in the e-mail and it said, "This order has been cancelled."
I never cancelled it, no one has access to my amazon account. Only thing I can imagine is that amazon over-sold copies of the game then cancelled orders they couldn't fill once Square-Enix decided not to allow digital download purchases anymore.
Thank god it happened though, this company is awful.
no mine was not a CE, just a regular version pre-order. and i linked a screenshot a few posts back of my games and software library to show its not listing any games on there.
contacting amazon was useless, they said they will forward to the marketing team and they will respond withing 24-48 hrs
Really?
My husband just got off the phone with them and they were pretty helpful. They're having some technical problems right now.
We ordered, and the card we pre-ordered with got stolen. Instead of charging the new card on file, they canceled the order. However, we still manage to have $20 worth of credit with them. Of course because they halted digital sales, there's no way to get back what we purchased.
So hubby has to go by Best Buy to pick up copies of the game.
Really frustrating. However, can't fault them since I hadn't been prompted to enter my registration code until today....
not much of an option for me, nearest best buy is an hour away, nearest wal-mart 30 miles away lol...Really?

Did you pre-order a physical copy? I did and the code is in the DVD box. However, the code in my box is "invalid" so I'm currently screwed as well.
I'm in the same boat as you OP. I pre-ordered from amazon and ordered a physical copy (because I figured they would e-mail the registration code like.. every other game) but the way this is set up you get an early access code, which expired this morning, and a full retail game code, which unfortunately for you and I is located in the game box itself.
To make matters worse, SE has frozen all orders placed by retailers (according to Amazon and Gamestop) until they get their shit in order. Not to mention all digital download purchases being frozen as well. All three Gamestops in my area told me this and none had any PC versions available.
So the quickest solution will probably be to wait until SE lifts the ban of digital purchases (assuming this happens early next week) and buy a key online, then return your Amazon purchase. I say this because the order freeze has hit them too. My game was originally to be delivered tomorrow, but has been pushed back to Sept 9 due to "Limited availability".
