Ordered from Amazon, no registration code email

Good Morning,
I am having the same problems as several others I have seen posted here, but have no found a solution looking through all the posts.

I pre-ordered my copy from amazon, received my pre access codes, my promo codes and all that, but i have no seen any emails regarding the registration code. I have checked all my folders (junk/spam too) and havent seen anything. and tracking the package on amazon states that I wont receive my hard copy of the game until 9/4/13.....

anyone else have this problem know what to do or can point me in the right direction? would really appreciate it!

The code is in the order itself. Go to "Your Games and Software Library" and click on the product code. That worked for me. To confirm further, it is NOT the early access code that you received in your email.

yep i know its not the early access code, and i did try looking under "you games and software library" but nothing was listed under there... am i missing something?

that doesnt help me.. i know all of that which is posted, i just never received the email in my inbox OR junk/spam folders

My key was in my "games and software library" section under Amazon but I did have to click a little yellow button under the listing for FFXIV that said something like display key. Once I added that key everything came back to life!

I have the same issue on Amazon, Did you by chance order the Dvd version instead of the Digital Download?

You probably have the same problem as me. I pre-ordered it from amazon, everything was fine.

Then when I went to find the e-mail with my code I realized they never charged my CC. I clicked the order number in the e-mail and it said, "This order has been cancelled."

I never cancelled it, no one has access to my amazon account. Only thing I can imagine is that amazon over-sold copies of the game then cancelled orders they couldn't fill once Square-Enix decided not to allow digital download purchases anymore.

Thank god it happened though, this company is awful.
