But i did refer asking them to make a verification and they signal is perfectly fine and dont have problem with any other game then FFXIVARR!!
Started having massive lag spikes and 5-10 error 90000 disconnects an hour after the large maintenance recently. I'm on Comcast in NoCal, which routs through Cogent. Game is pretty much unplayable and using VPN helps but infrequently.

Always, Error 90000, 10102, 2002, 1017 (Able to play for 1 or 2 minutes and get 90000 EVERY time.
No reference number, they wanted me to pay 49.95 for a ONE TIME fix!
ISP lvl 2 "signature tech" says to me "your in the right place sir, we can have this problem fixed for you tonight" .. for 49.95
Question is... was that protocol to say? of course it is but would it of fixed my problem?
