Request for information: ISPs and P2P throttling

Playing on: US server Balmung
Frequency of Occurence: Always

Problems: I could play without serious issues up until Sunday September 1st. As of Monday evening I get rubber banding about once a minute until the game eventually times out. The only way I've been able to play is over a VPN.

Hope you guys can get it figured out. Thanks in advance.

When does this problem occur: It started happening in the evening with huge lag spikes here and there but then i got disconnected and have not been able to connect since, only getting various errors.

May or may not be related to the throtteling but i seems to get disconnected from the game every 40-60min but only in FFXIV ARR as the streaming music and twitch streams im watching are not being interupted as well as mumble during this same period of time.

Maybe if we Bump all the tens of threads on this forum that reported the same issue for the past 4 days, maybe then do you guys think SE will reply ?

It took them 3-4 days to reply to a 1.8k page thread during beta 4. in 7 months the game should be playable

- 'Server is not responding' 99% of the time. I tried changing DNS, restarting internet and router, doesnt work. TPG people doesn't know what to do as well

Occurrence: Quite often, maybe every minute there's at least a small lag spike, sometimes bad enough to disconnect me. Worse in fates. Was absolutely fine from beta phase 3 until the very beginning of September.

Occurrence: Evenings (6pm - midnight), was getting it from the 27th August, although didn't get it on the 28th. I did get it on the 29th. Since then i have been using my VPN with a London exit point so I don't get it anymore.
