How can you tell if your ISP is throttling FF14?

Not sure if this is related, but I keep getting 9002 error and i have noticed major packet loss with this game lately.

ISP: Shaw (British Columbia, Canada.)

Every day since heavensward early access.

I experiance the same problem as NoxNebula.

It started 2 days ago and everytime i try doing a dungeon the game is going slowmode. It updates positioning and HP bars every 5 seconds and makes it unplayable as healer. I cant progress, and that is pretty frustrating. Everthing else is working fine (other games, connection checks, internet services, antivirus,..)

Would be glad if someone had a solution.

Started 2 days ago simultaneously with compmouse. I have a dc every 5 seconds, can't play like that.

ISP:Time Warner Cable / Country: USA / Time:ALWAYS!!! Been getting Lag spikes and what not since last week. Up until then FFXIV worked just fine.

Its happen time to time its getting worse specially today. I checked my internet connection, my ping etc. I'm playing WoW right know and I don't have any connection issues no dc's I can play it wit 40ms stabil connection

Can happen at any time, but especially from 5 PM to 10 PM EST on weekdays, and any time on weekends.

Same as Detoxy - since about a week ago, every minute or two i get a lag spike that lasts 1-3 seconds, making certain content nearly unplayable.

Connection is fine until prime time hours (7pm-11pm east coast). During these times, significant lag is present (1-5 seconds of action followed by 1-5 seconds of FFXIV "catching up".) No other connection issues present, can watch streamed video and download files without issue. Services such as WTFast and Pingzapper eliminate the problem completely.

The same problem has happened several times before, such as when Ramuh was released and lasts for weeks at a time. Unfortunate to see that this issue has returned.

Lag spikes happen every few seconds and they last for about 3-5 seconds. Happens in the evenings.
