Request for information: ISPs and P2P throttling

i really hope this problem gets fixed so i can enjoy 2.1 and not cancel my sub like i'm planning to

I get significantly more latency than I should get. This problem doesn't occur with any other online games, just FF14. It occurs during all hours.

Are you still using True for FFXIV access? I am here now in Bangkok and I am trying to figure the best way to get steady access for 1 month.

It's been like this since day one. I transferred my character to a JP server, tonberry, as the signal to those servers were "excelent", while the signal to EU servers are just "good". I belive it's alittle better on the JP servers, or maybe it's just in my head.

I get almost constant 5-10 second lag spikes if I was anything but a damage class the game would be unplayable. It has been especially horrible since September and is now worse in 2.1.
