WTFFast appears to resolve it most of the time. Lag got so bad tonight I DC'd (with WTFFast).

Connection became significantly worse after patch 2.1, though the connectivity issues appear to be almost entirely limited to dungeons/raids.
having the same issues as Demonocracy, ran a trace using Pingplotter and it back up the info that he has posted.

i dont know a lot about networking but the dates and times seem a little close, could this have anything to do with the U.S net neutrality ruling?

- When does the problem occur (always, only during specific times?): Pretty much all the time, worsening in instances such as duty finder (failed pharos because I couldn't do anything in Siren fight at all ;
- Reference number from your ISP, if you raised this matter with them: Awaiting reference, I'll edit if I get one.
It would be nice if SE could tell us what they are doing about this. As we can see by all of the different ISP's listed there is nothing that we as a consumer can do.
SE you are making bucket loads of money off of us. Make some phone calls and get this fixed please....

Issue first noticed 13th/14th January.
Problem occurs about 2 or 3 times every minute in all areas, all movement freezes for 1 or 2 seconds and then catches up, some fates impossible to play, not attempted dungeons, and all activity compromised to one degree or another. All of my other mmo's play without any problems.
