When? All day, every day. Worse/Unplayable in the evenings.

- It happens on prime time, In the afternoon and thru the whole night. I cant even go to the cities, I lag so bad that I cant even walk or run, it could take more than 3 to 5 secs for just to hit one step. On the field I cant do FATES, In conclusion where there is a lot of people together I lagg so bad that I cant do pretty much anything. I notice that When I log on in the morning when there is less people I can run, go to the market and do fate without lag, with no problems.

I talked to ATT UVERSE I have a good decent internet speed, they test it but they say that is not their problem but the game. Words of ATT Customer Technical Support.

High speed internet, all other games run smoothly with low ping. This issue is killing game play for many of us. Where can I see updates on what is being done specifically about this issue? One would hope it is a top priority...

SQUARE PLEASE COMMUNICATE! You can't ignore hundreds of post acroos all your boards like this on P2P game, we are paying a subscription you have to issue some answers. If you can't fix it fine but stop this silent treatment this has been going on for so long now. Your support who was acknowledging the problems 2 weeks ago is now acting as if they never did and as if nothing is wrong i should reboot my modem (lol?). Is this your stance, if it is fair enough but say it please?

My ISP is Comcast in Georgia, USA (35 down 10 up) cable

I experienced heavy latency and packet loss today at approximately 5pm EST until I logged off because the game was pretty unplayable. This happened in an instance- it was lagging prior to entering the instance doing fates- with characters "hanging" (running in place) in front of me, then appearing 5 yalms ahead when the server caught up.

This hasnt happened until today.
