people with the constant lag and 90k issues need to stop posting under this thread, because it is NOT our ISP at all, at the moment it looks like it's some kind of routing problem on one of the provider SE uses to connect us to NA/EU data center in Canada, to say this is our ISP, I know some people might have their ISP throttling before, but 90% of the players in this thread are not the same issue as the throttling, because there is no way in hell all the different ISP around the globe one after another decides to throttle ARR players. there is a pattern here, every time SE does server maintenance, more and more people get effected by this....
so please SE, if you are reading this at all, at least let your fan and costumers know that you actually give a damn and is looking into this issue, or simply say "we know this issue and we do not know how to fix it" that is far better then keeping us hanging here with no words.
My connection was fine yesterday most of the time, but when I was playing late night to around 10 GMT (I am GMT+2) so it was midnight for me, the connection started lagging again, spikes up to 10-20 seconds. So yeah this problem still persists and it's not gone, even though sometimes it seems like that it is. Please give us an update whats going on and what might be the reason for these spikes? It's impossible to play when this problem occurs.
Name of ISP: 1&1 Internet

When does this problem occur: ~19:00 GMT
It not throttling that effecting people it how there prioritizing the lag. On there end ,It needs to be the map, mob, npc's that matters, player, party members, and then other real life people, Then if to many on screen, They need have people in a default looking state on gear. There trying to have everyone and everything appear at the same time on a million different speeds connections. That will not work unless everyone and the world are on a fiber connection. Many hardcore players have trace there isp and talk to there isp. It on squares software end.
