- When does the problem occur: Daily since 3.0 Early Access began, mainly from 6pm-Midnight EDT
- Reference number from your ISP: Unable to obtain technical support. Clear was bought by Sprint who will mothball the entire service in November, and they refuse to assist.

On that last point - it's probably pointless to try figuring this out now. I'll be switching to a new ISP within a month or two.
