- Has been working well for the last few months. No I am experiencing 5-10 sec lag & rubber banding. I have had this issue before, but did not have any issues since before 2.5x. Issue resurfaced with the release of the hotfix that increased the poetics cap.
- No ISP ticket.

When- peak times 7pm - 10pm eastern. Game is unplayable at these times.

during these lag spikes internet works fine (pinging google with a latency from 50 to 100 ms)
