- When: Been playing 1 year, and lag spikes started 3-4 weeks ago. All day issue, specially in instances. Unbearable from 13:00 GMT-3 to 23:30 GMT-3. AM time is kinda OK in outside world. Inside instances still having this issue randomly at every hour.

- When: Loading into Zones/Instances are taking about 40 seconds to a minute or more randomly. This started mid-April after the recent patch was released.

When: It happens especially at night and only in instances. The Frontlines team that I was on about 15 minutes before posting this had multiple people with connection issues and it seriously hampered us from winning.
