Canal Digital Kabel TV AS (Norway) Seems to be random, maybe more frequent at night or late evenings.
Game is unplayable.. It is not viable to have an active subscription to a game that is so unpleasant to play.

The problem occurs from 5pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time) till after midnight every day without fail for the last month.

Constant send and receive 0 spikes The game is unplayable and 90000 and 90002 in any instance repeatably usually within seconds of logging back in.

I have talked to my ISP about it and they are clueless and i doubt they would admit it was their fault.

- It has only started last Friday so I really haven't had that much time to monitor. I've tried pinging the JP Data Centres and I often get dropped packets and my ping has gone up from 70-80's mark to the 100-200's. It's strange however that latency sorta normalized at around 00:00+ hours up until the time I logged off at around 06:00 hours (GMT+8). As of this writing, I'm having difficulties in the game as all my actions are delayed.
- I called my ISP earlier to inquire about any reports connecting to JP servers and they claimed there was none at the moment and as much as I want to blame them for this (which more often than not, they are the culprits) but to their defence everything else sans ARR is working smoothly.

- As of this writing, ARR seems to be playable as I'm not experiencing any delays.
