    When does the problem occur (always, only during specific times?): Constant disconnects (90002) followed by repeated 3102 errors, around 0700-1300 (GMT +9) Unbearable lag around 1800-2300 (GMT +9)

    Just happened 2 days ago, usual ping was 80-90ms, current ping is 138-238ms connecting to Japan server.

    It is because they switched tier 3 providers.

    It used to be from SG ---> HK ----> JP

    Now it is SG ---> HK -----> US(cali) -----> JP

    Call them up. I did too.
