I have an Alt on Brynhildr and I have no issues there. Issues with Aether data center, perhaps?

Dance like nobody's f***ing watching!

- ISP Name: Charter Communications
- Country of Residence : USA (Oregon)
- When does the problem occur: Was playing perfectly fine last night, When I woke up this morning started getting constant 9000K errors whenever I tried to interact with the world. Teleporting / talking to a NPC would ultimately lead to a "Connection with the server has been lost" 9000 error.
- Reference number from your ISP, if you raised this matter with them: N/A
Malboro server.
- ISP Name: Telstra Bigpond
- Country of Residence : Australia (Melbourne)
- When does the problem occur: Any time i'm in an instance, whether it be a standard dungeon or a guildhest. Giant spikes in latency making it very awkward to play. Outside of instances everything plays out quite well.

Started this weekend, almost impossible to log in, and when logged as an HUGE delay, impossible to play. Fix it please.. never had this before.

- Always. Essentially since patch 2.4 and hotfixes thereafter. Instances are always laggy and in PvP, I get near constant 90Ks even as I log back in.

At times it's unplayable

Country: US
ISP: ATT U Verse
When: I'm getting consistent 90k errors in the evening when I play on Gilgamesh. Generally on weekdays from 8PM EST - 11PM EST.
I have been running a constant ping to 199.91.189.29 and will definitely see packet loss to that IP when it's happening. Tracerts also show either dropped connections or high latency times.
I use the same ISP and have the same up/down speed, and I have the exact same problem (coincidence not). I have got tips from other Norwegians on the forum and they said that I should give VPN a try, have a direct connection to the servers In Canada. Many people says that this fixed their problem, but I don't recommend this if you don't know about how the VPN works :P (I know, this is a VERY late response)Worked fine 3 hours ago as I write this, then I had a short nap before logging in the game again. When I did, it was very laggy, no matter where I was. People running for 1-2 seconds, then stops for another 1-2 seconds and teleport to where they would be if they ran all the way. Same with spells. Also if it helps, I checked the Wi-Fi bar at the top right, and most of the time I was sending 0 data and received about 2000.

All times.
isp tech support didn't give me a ref. number.
I have tried many things, talked to Square Enix tech support and that amounted to getting port numbers to open on my modem, which did not work.
I have also talked to ATT tech support and they just changed my port forward settings and that didn't do anything either.
I installed and am currently using a connection routing program which is working for the time being but I'd rather not have to use it.
Name of ISP ---> Verizon FIOS
Country of Residence ---> USA - Los Angeles, California
When does the problem occur ---> Seems to be only during specific times, i.e. ~ 3pm-7pm PST weekdays, with main occurrence from 4:30pm to 6:30pm PST I'd say.
Reference number from your ISP, if you raised this matter with them ---> N/A
It's really odd. This seems to happen on weekdays at roughly the same time each day. It's ridiculous. Other player characters freeze, I can't do simple actions like garden or speak to my retainers, and even warping lags/doesn't happen at times. This only seems to occur during the time mentioned above on weekdays though, as if it's a high-traffic busy time.
Oh, high end PC, too - hard wired, 75 up/75 down speed, plenty of ram, etc. Does not seem to be an issue on my end.
