    possible throttling by ISP - FFXIV being seen as p2p?

    When does the problem occur: Last night is the most recent occurrence at 11:00PM EST to around 2:00AM EST. It has happened other nights around typical primetime hours, so around 8:00PM EST to about 1:00AM EST.

    Game stops entirely for upwards of 10 seconds every 30 seconds or so. Last night it was during a coil run and my group was able to see my own actions as I was running around a stationary boss and party. I was even able to do some mechanics as they were called out despite nothing happening on my screen.
    Any assistance would be appreciated.

    Event: Always since Emergency Maintence for hotfix 2.38, constant 90000, 10105, 202, and other errors, either can't connect to data server, hang up/90000 on character loading, or if I get onto game and see my character my S/R is 0/0 and none of the menu information loads.

    All the time since patch 2.38, every patch makes it worse.

    - Reference number from your ISP, if you raised this matter with them:
    Called them, explained the issue. I even gave them the server IP's.
    I was being told they couldn't do anything regarding the bad connection.
    No reference number.
