Time: It's happening randomly for me but I've noticed that its starting to do it around 10pm or so on the weekends and about 7pm on the weekdays. But sometimes it does it randomly. :/

- When does the problem occur: Everyday since the beginning of April. Especially from about 13:00 GMT+1 to 24:00 GMT+1. Character frezee and I cannot interact with anything. It seems that it can't retrieve data from server (duty finder always shows "obtaining data") but if I write something people are able to read me.
- Reference number from your ISP, if you raised this matter with them: I raised the matter but I don't have any number.

When does the problem occur: Sporadically

I used to play using WiFi, but found that the latency ("lag") always got me killed in Titan EX. I've since switched to wired Ethernet and that issue went away.

However, while debugging I set up a monitoring system to ping Hyperion as well as a system located in the USA. (I do this sort of stuff for a living.)

The monitoring system I have is on wireless, so it's possible some of the loss is attributable to that. However, it's obvious there's connectivity issues to Hyperion in general. It's also possible that Comcast (or one of the links in between) is dropping pings deliberately, but that's entirely speculative.

In any case, I still see "lag" every so often, but it hasn't been a show-stopper recently. I don't have a ticket in with my ISP.
