Verizon FiOS user here (as previously mentioned in prior post) and I still get spikes all day with terrible lag at peak hours (6-11pm EST). I'm going to cancel my subscription seeing how I don't want to pay for a game which spikes, and that also has no reps to comment on what the present status is.
