I've been using WTFast, no lag/rubberband issues using the DC server for almost 20days. They have a free 30 days trial, not trying to advertise for them but its a temporary working fix for me atm. You can try out the trial and see if it helps you.

tried wtfast, its working so far thanks, but would really like to not rely on these things..
