Request for information: ISPs and P2P throttling

I was hoping the network maintenance on the NA data centers would help, which it did, but not by much. The frequency of the rubber banding has cut down, but not enough for it to matter much for end game instances. If I can't move out of wipe mechanics in time, it significantly drops chances of success. Exceedingly dissuades any further progress x.x

Is there any kind of update about this?

I suppose I'd be selfish to say I expected more progress on this issue by now. However, the recent network maintenance helped a lot here. Don't get me wrong, it still shows the spikes clear as day, but at least I can log in to do more simple tasks (though it's really annoying with the spikes).

Hoping for an update soon, I'd like to continue playing the game.

Im still receiving the 3-5 seconds lag and speeding up (rubber banding) as well. I REALLY hoped that network maintenance would fix it. But the problem still persists.

Trouble started after 2.1. Not sure what to do at this point.

Same with me in that this only started -after- 2.1 patch. Was smooth as ever for me before except for maybe the super rare lag spike during loaded server times.
Before: Maybe a small half second lag spike when server was at capacity once in a 3 hour session.
Now: .5 to 4 second lag spikes (freeze then warp to real time positions) as frequently as every minute during peak times. Plays fine when server population is low late at night.

Wow. I quit playing for almost 2 months and still no resolution for these issues. I came back to check the forum to see if Square Enix wanted my money yet.. guess not! See you guys in another few months!
