Ever since patch 2.1, I get lag spikes in instances where everything freezes for a second or two and then fast-forwards to catch up. How often these lag spikes occur varies a bit, some instances will only have one or two lag spikes the entire duration, but just now Ultima's Bane was completely unplayable. In the overworld I don't notice any similar sorts of lag, but my crafting macros that worked fine before the patch get a constant "unable to use ability at this time" (or whatever the error message is) indicating that there is indeed enough lag to cause my /wait to not be long enough about half the time.

I noticed it yesterday. I could be anywhere in the game and I'd say roughly every 30 seconds ~ 4 minutes, there would be a moment where characters/npc's/monsters what have you, freeze with their current action. For example, standing in a town I would see a character walk forward and if they were below a hill they would through the ground, above and they would walk in mid air. 2~3 seconds later they would return to their normal spot. Using a skill sometimes would take 2~3s to activate.

Super happy it's not just me having these issues. I ran different tests for the past hour to find that my average ping was 32 and sat there dumbfounded as my character would freeze for a few seconds at random moments.
