They are requesting details about what ports they should open for the game to run smoother.

I also have a new ticketnumber to be used in subject and or body of reply e-mail.
Not sure what the intent is of this thread's OP that he sends this information to our ISP or not, but I have sadly quit playing this game as it was unplayable.Code:[ ref:_00DD0qX7t._500D0WmW7w:ref ]
