No specific times. I experience heavy rubberbanding at times, but it seems to be unrelated to peak hours. Instances are esspecially bad, making them much harder than they should be.

It is always when alot of ppl are online so primetimes and even sometimes when not primetime if alot of ppl are online. If I login and play when there isn't alot of ppl ergo night / mornings there is no lag.

Been starting with me since yesterday night. Only with instances though but it's getting unbearable too the point i sometimes can't even target the mobs let alone deal damage

During prime time, about 17-22 on weekdays and 17-24 on weekends. It started getting really bad for about a week or two ago - it wasn't that bad before that.

It's happened every time since two days ago. Never had the problem until then after world maintenance. It gets worse in populated areas or during instances, dungeons, fates, etc.

The problem seems to have been getting worse over the past two weeks. It was always barely tolerable since release, but now it's become a real thorn in my side. I could barely run AK last night the first time, then the second time I completely timed out (R0) and was unable to log back in for an extended period of time (I gave up after 10+ minutes).

Speed: 100 mega bits a second
Latency: 3 seconds after you move out of red, you still get hit, connection rated as good to fair on SE connection screen.
Already called TMC they said they are not throttling the program and that it's an issue in Canada with the bridge to Japan.
