I like how this is now the longest thread on the board and still hasn't had any resolution, or that SE hasn't acknowledged that they are the problem since every single ISP that matters has been listed 10x over. It's not everyone else's infrastructure that sucks.

Normally during peak hours. It starts at roughly 6pm EST and goes on throughout the night. When logging on anytime in the morning. Have 0 issues

I'm Virgin Media Fibre Optic

Live in UK and its always around 6pm-11pm

I mainly notice it when im in an instanced Dungeon or Primal Fight, my graphics freeze for around 4-5 seconds
