    ISP

    My ISP is Comcast in Georgia, USA (35 down 10 up) cable

    I experienced heavy latency and packet loss today at approximately 5pm EST until I logged off because the game was pretty unplayable. This happened in an instance- it was lagging prior to entering the instance doing fates- with characters "hanging" (running in place) in front of me, then appearing 5 yalms ahead when the server caught up.

    This hasnt happened until today.
