Problem started immediately when I got hooked up with TWC after moving. Had no Issues with Comcast in Michigan, nor Charter in Wisconsin.

Game is so laggy I can't play. Speedtest.net says I'm fine. Steam downloads function properly.

Haven't contacted my ISP yet, was only connected yesterday.
