Just got off the phone with Verizon and they told me what I already knew and that they are not throttling my account for any reason and that any problem that I am experiencing is out of their control, and that I need to contact SE to get it fixed. Has anyone figured out a workout that does force us to pay more money in order to play a game we are already paying to play?
