Request for information: ISPs and P2P throttling

1-2 second hiccups occur very often during dungeons, making people "skate" around. But also longer 5-10 seconds non-reponsive lag happens, that seems like a disconnect, but the connection comes back again. Usually happens once or twice during a dungeon run.


EDIT: Well shiz... Its 8:30 PM GMT+2 here, and I just had to drop out from Amdapor Keep, because everything were just standing still for 5-10 secs at the time, over and over. I just couldent get myself to do the dungeon, with this constant lag. I would no doubt have died sooner than later because of it.

Don't know if my problem has something to do with this but here goes:

- I've been experiencing lag of variable intensity at seemingly random times. I mostly play the game in the evening so I'm gonna say that this happens primarily in the evening.

Began experiencing lag/latency to NA/EU data center since last week. Avg RTT prior was 80ms with 15-20ms jitter with no packet loss and network mos @ 4.85. Now regardless of time of day, am seeing high latency and poor transmission results. 3:50 am EST trace of 50 packets shows avg RTT 123ms, jitter 139ms, 4% packet loss, and network mos @ 2.78.

Began 2 days after I started playing. So far not impressed lol. It makes the game unplayable really it's so bad........ and I have played 2am CST, 4 am CST, 10pm CST 4 pm CST... all hours of the day. Bad for the game. Think I will go back to something else if this is not remedied soon. My ISP says it is NOT them.

- On evening mostly, when servers getting full, I notice it usually from around 20:00-21:00 GMT+1 until around 23:00. Of course it can start even 1 hour before or after and same for end.

- When does the problem occur? After 20.00 gmt+1 every day, dont know how long it last, atleast 4 hours.
Its usually ok before that. Same for alot of my free company friends.

- Only home in the evening, so cant say if it works as it should outside peak time. But its unbearable at times, killing say 10 mobs in a row leaves it more delay for every one I kill.
dont do like blizzard and some of all the other developers, who gives a damn about customer satisfaction.
