- Always (since last weekend, September 28), but prior to this it was an on and off problem. The lag spikes are so bad (especially for instances) I am rendered unable to do primal battles, instance dungeons, etc.

No specific time, as it happens on and off, with the worst of it in instances. Out of all the instances I've been running lately, the single run of CM I did with someone from my FC is the only time I haven't experienced lag/dc's. On average, I can't count how often I lag, but I dc'd usually 5-7 times each time I run a dungeon, and only in this game.
