    The severe fate/group lag did not start until yesterday, but we've been getting random 90k since we starting using the current ISP. Never had these issues with our previous provider, Charter Comm.

    Location: US (Chicago Area)
    Time: During heavy traffic hours
    Occurrence: Ever since a week ago
