    When does the problem occur: All the time. Insane delay during instances, fighting in the open world, and even when mining/botany. Makes fights like Demon Wall impossible. I think I'm out of the purple and I'm moving back and forth "doing" dps and "not" taking damage and then the game catches up and I'm dead.
    Reference number from your ISP: I didn't bother because, like everyone else here, I'm going to receive the same old answers. I have no such problem with any other game I play.

    Seems I am usually the only one lagging in party's after this time.
    Game is unplayable.

    I now have a reply from Canal Digital confirming they might be throttling.
    They are requesting details about what ports they should open for the game to run smoother.

    As you can read or google translate they are now awaiting my reply with this information before they can proceede to maybe open the ports they are throttling on this game.

    I also have a new ticketnumber to be used in subject and or body of reply e-mail.

    Not sure what the intent is of this thread's OP that he sends this information to our ISP or not, but I have sadly quit playing this game as it was unplayable.

    Hope this information can help the other Canal Digital subscribers in the near future.
