As you can read or google translate they are now awaiting my reply with this information before they can proceede to maybe open the ports they are throttling on this game.
I also have a new ticketnumber to be used in subject and or body of reply e-mail.

Not sure what the intent is of this thread's OP that he sends this information to our ISP or not, but I have sadly quit playing this game as it was unplayable.
Hope this information can help the other Canal Digital subscribers in the near future.
