When does the problem occur: Only at night, seems to alleviate as the night goes on. Extremely bad on Fridays.
Particularly interesting is that the times of lag seem to coincide with peak hours. Very late at night, the lag goes away. On Friday, starting around 6:30 PM (when most people are at home), it became extremely bad.
