No ticket number but I've talked to customer support a couple times. Tried replacing cable modem, cables, upgrading to a higher tier of service, and had a technician out. Only thing that helped briefly was when they reprovisioned the modem, and then after a couple hours it was right back to continuous lag spikes and disconnects. If it helps, traceroutes showed packet losses starting at Cogent Communications hops. Though after playing the game for a bit, this issue will persist with other internet traffic (and pings and traceroutes) for a while.
