- Country of Residence: Netherlands
- When does the problem occur: When the servers seem to be under heavy load, though even during off peak there are spikes.
Started to become very bad after your last maintenance.

The other delay issues have been there since beta, yet not addressed unlike claimed.

- When does the problem occur (always, only during specific times?) It seems to be quite noticeable at all times of the day, but mainly during Titan (Hard). I've turned off all animation actions but the lag spikes are just unbearable.
- Reference number from your ISP, if you raised this matter with them: I have not raised this issue with my ISP.
