- When does the problem occur: Always, or at least at the times when I'm generally on. (8:00 pm - 12:00 am CST, Sunday-Thursday.) I'd say it occurs once every 10 minutes or so, with the effect lasting anywhere from 20 seconds up to a minute. Seems to occur more frequently in dungeons (or perhaps it's just more readily noticeable in dungeons), with it sometimes happening every pull.
