Think I've already posted once, but there seems to have been little improvement.
-ISP is BT Infinity
-Country is UK
- When it hits 7pm the lag becomes too extreme to actually be able to do anything. As I work normal(ish) job hours, the only time I really get to play is after 7. So I essentially can't play. The lag is making the game completely unplayable. I've lost count of how many timed leves I've failed due to this. It's also not fun to watch yourself get killed and fail a leve even though you spam your heal skill.

The worst of this its that SE is doing nothing and saying nothing. They could say something to us but ....
i was playing since 24 august with lag because I thought "no problem, they will fix this for sure" but 09/08/13 and still with this annoying lag.
I'm not playing because is just unplayable to fight, dungeons, bosses, etc and I wont play till they fix this or maybe I wont play anymore....we'll see

have you registered your actual product key to your account. You got 7 days after release of free play, THEN 30 more days free, only if you registered the game product key to your account. This could be the promotion code they speak of.
The first 7 days was to allow people who pre orders PHYSICAL copy's time to get them, as there could be a delay between them leaving the factory, getting to the store, and getting to them.
Check the "check my order page", will ask you for last x numbers of ur credit card and it will give you your pre order key, and game cd key. Enter them at Mog station website.

Thanks for responding, I have actually registered the code with my playstation and the mog station confirms that I am all good to go. The weirdest part is that it says that, then goes to the launcher eventually and I am able to log back in no problem. After about an hour or so of logging in and getting disconnected this morning I was eventually able to get in and stay in for over an hour! It all just seems so random. Hopefully they can do something to fix it for everyone soon! Thanks again.
