    also didn't SE release a help page about downloading the patcher initially that had this exact line in it:

    "*Your internet provider may prevent transmission through P2P functions.
    *The P2P function is only used to transmit update data.
     It is not used for any other transmission."

    Feel very strongly that this isn't our ISPs or else my friends who are playing on exact same providers with exact same service plans would be having the same issues. It hasn't been happening since the beginning (like almost everyone has stated). It has only starting since around the beginning of September for the most part. Please convey some sort of plan to us or at least a more thorough acknowledgment. Oh and so I can give you the useless information that won't help solve the problem so as to follow this threads request:

    Currently: Mediatti Broadband Communications
    Location: Japan, Okinawa
    Occurence: Always since around 1730 September 2 (JST)
    Reference #: I did not bring it up with them because it is not an issue with them when several of my friends are using their service and aren't having a problem (wired or wireless).

    i'm speaking on behalf my whole country as we have this problem with most of our games except a few games that took action and did something about it
    as we always get categorized as part of the EU Region i find it ironic that i get the worst latency in this game from the EU servers while NA is lower and JP is ever lower thus most of my country players are considering to move to JP servers
    when you guys launch the server transfer service our due to game mechanics we can't get out of bosses Red areas in time causing us to wipe our parties and cause bad experience for the whole community of players we play with
    and it's already too much frustrating for us imagine doing a boss 30+ time but you cant kill it even when you get out of the marked area you still get hit and trust me i developed some instant reflections to RUN OUT ASAP and i still get hit
    we had this problem even in another games like *cough* WoW , LoL , ..etc *cough* but the issues were addressed and our latency went down to 120 from 300+ meanwhile we are getting in the EU servers (380+) and NA servers (290+) while we get around 200 in JP servers clearly japan is our best choice if this doesn't get fixed but we will still have the same problems never the less i hope i explained where we stand as as someone who REALLY wants to enjoy the game as Mr.Yoshida and his deveopment team wants their game to be played and enjoyed and also give us a fair chance to go for those breaking records maybe who know but i want a fair chance then i might give it a shot lol again thx for the great game and for the support and thanks for LISTENING TO US and CARING about your players i hope you guys always keep this level of communication with your players !!

    Hello, decided to post even though I know that my isp doesn't throttle p2p 100%, but maybe something changed or well...might be easier to fix.

    As of 9/1/13 I have been experiencing this 90000 connection lost issue. My client would freeze roughly 5-10s and boot me off back to the Start Menu.

    -About every 2 min. Lasting up to 10 seconds. Ever since I joined beta in phase 3. Got worse since phase 4.
    -Behemoth any zone.

    When it happens in an instanced dungeon, there is a chance I will come out of sync with the group. And not be able to target party members. I can temporarily fix if I force a DC and re log in.

    I am using a VPN router and I have this issue.

    Also I pinged the Canadian data center for about a minute. One time it came back with "Destination net unreachable."
