    Occurance: Every 5-10 mins after maintenance on 3rd september, was fine before that.
    Also I have started using a uk proxy server and have had no DC's no 90000 error so its not my ISP, its something to do with me being in Japan and connecting to a NA/EU server it must be clientside.
