Request for information: ISPs and P2P throttling

Hello everyone,

Since launching this thread, we've been collecting all the information you've been posting about your various ISPs so that we can work with them to resolve these issues. Remember, please include all of the information requested in the original post so we can best help.

6 and a half days in and this is the best you guys can come up with at this point? Are you serious?
The problem is at your end. We've already concluded this days ago and even discussed it in other threads.

Hello all! First of all, thanks you for all your information on this issue, you've all been very thorough. As this is an issue that cannot be readily solved via the forums, I'm going to lock this thread so we can investigate the issue further. Thank you for all your patience, and I apologize for any inconvenience you may have been caused.

6 and a half days in, the other thread gets locked. Well atleast his apology will get me back those 6 and a half days.. OH WAIT.
Will the players that suffered from these problems and were unable to fully play the game be compensated? Not asking for 6-7 days here but a compensation for the loss of trial days due to this issue would be appropiate.
