    It started 9/4. Once or twice a minute I'll get 4-5 seconds of lag where other players/NPCs stop moving (but I can still move), then everything 'rubber bands' back into place super fast.

    Late night/early morning = no difference. Happens everywhere - cities, fields... even tested in an inn room, had my retainer rubber band across the room.

    on top of these issues ill then get either error 90 000 or randomly disconnected with another error
