I'm leveling another class as I can't do any dungeons or hardmodes.
Honestly speaking, if they cared about their customers as much as they say they do, it would've been fixed already (as it's been 6 days since a Red made this thread) or we would've atleast seen several updates.
They're not giving us anything. They're not keeping us up-to-date, they're not even posting in any of the threads on this matter. They're not responding on Twitter either.
I had a subscription selected but I cancelled it. Waiting till my trial time is over to see whether I should get a subscription and invest time in this game or just find something else.
Weekend is right around the corner as well so if it's not fixed on tomorrow we'll be stuck on this issue for another few days.
We, who have this problem, are simply a minority group I'm afraid

Bump on this because it's not our ISPs, its your montreal servers. My friend also plays from here and he doesn't have this problem on his account.

If you meant people from Montreal are not getting this issue you are wrong , i live in Laval , at 5-10min of Montreal and i get these crazy lag spikes and i always disconnect with Error 90000. Occurrence: Always , i can't stay connected more than 5-10minutes before i get error 90000 and disconnect , also there's plenty of lag spike during that 5-10 minutes i stay connected. It's simply unplayable. Started happening during the night of September 1st and early morning September 2. It's been almost a week and we have no information about that issue. My ISP is not throttling i called them and they never ever throttle any connection and if they would i would have lagged since Beta but it started early September like most of us.
I live in Montreal, at a 10 minutes walk from the Datacenter and the game is practically unplayable because I get Huge lag spike and then DC with the 90k error. This. I didn't have a single lag issue before the big maintenance.

I have had contact with my isp, and they claim to know nothing of this problem.
It's because it's on SE's side, not our ISP. We would've had problems from the start if it was our ISP. It didn't start till the beginning of the week however.
