Request for information: ISPs and P2P throttling

Any of you tried any Japan server? i have same problems like you on EU server but no lag at all on Titan (Japan serveR).
So is definitely a problem with EU/NA data center, there is something (router/server/switch/something) which drop packets for us... arround 5% loss during 30 mins of monitoring.

Just created a new character on Titan also and so far no problems. Also tried a character on a NA server (Midgardsormr) and for the majority of the 20 minutes I was on then no issues, although the delay in actions did kick in latterly although nothing like the EU lag and was quickly over - Edit[22:10 BST] now getting lag on NA server also.

So tried a character on Phoenix (EU), initially seemed ok but after a short while, 5 minutes or so, the lag was back. Tried another on Raknarok and again seemed ok to begin with but when using Return, character was left hanging in mid air for a minute or two before eventually reappearing at the home point, although only after having another minute or two with no character on screen.

However it is much worse for my main character on Cerberus. Tried it again and instantly the lag is there and this time 5 to 10 minutes to change a gear set - unbelievable.

This surely can't be that difficult to resolve.
