    Country: Yokosuka Japan connecting to NA Gilgamesh server.
    When does the problem occur (always, only during specific times?): Started on 9/2 . Game has been lagging like crazy. Causeing 90000 errors.
    Reference number from your ISP, if you raised this matter with them: n/a Called OCN, they said they do not block P2P connections.
    Time: almost always since 9/2
